ARTICLE 1 - ORDERS

ARTICLE 3- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORKS

- They must not be subjected to friction or shocks.
- They must not be exposed to sunlight, ultra violet or infrared

- The degree of hygrometry must be between 45 and 55% relative humidity.
- The more stable the atmosphere, the better the conservation of works of art.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
You can pay for your order by credit card, Paypal, bank or postal check, or by transfer.
The work remains the property of the artist or his descendants until receipt of the actual payment thereof.
Otherwise, the restitution of the work will be requested.

ARTICLE 5 - RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Law No. 80-335 of 12-05-1980: the goods sold, even those held by the buyer, remain the property of the seller until the payment of the full price has been received.

ARTICLE 9 - SHIPMENT AND DAMAGE DUE TO THE CARRIER
